They say that ‘when the student is ready, the teacher appears.’ So true on so many levels, especially because of my ‘resistance’ to ‘resistance.’

It has become clear to me that many concepts in life and Trager has no meaning without resistance.

Resistance CAN be positive and useful.

I incorporated neck & shoulder resistance in the one mini-session and the client found it effective and asked for more the next time.
