Healthy Movement for Legs and Feet

This in-studio and online class, co-led with Saraswati Clere, is a part of the Healthy Movement Series. Free-form movement is combined with yoga structure to help participants build strength, flexibility, and better balance. The goal is simple: move better, feel better, and leave with exercises to use at home. CEUs are available through NCBTMB for qualifying professionals. Pre-registration is required.
