The Anatomy of Anxiety and Stress

Deane will share how anxiety affects the body and mind, covering the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, the fight, flight, and freeze response versus meditative calm, trauma and recurring memories, and the long-term effects of chronic stress and high adrenaline levels.

Healthy Spine Yoga Therapy Class
- Saturday, June 20, 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
- In-studio or online
- $25 drop-in or use your class pass.
This class is part of the Healthy Movement Series, which focuses on a different area of the body each session. The Healthy Spine class covers strength, flexibility, posture, and movement to support pain reduction, injury prevention, and a wider range of motion. Students will leave with exercises and releases they can do at home. yogakula

- Recordings are sent automatically to all registered participants and can be watched for 48 hours.
- Pre-registration is required.
